Third-party skills
Skills, packages, and files on KRABBY are created and listed by independent sellers, not by KRABBY. KRABBY does not create, audit, or warrant the behaviour, safety, or fitness for purpose of any downloaded content. You use skills entirely at your own risk.
Your duty to verify
Before installing or running any purchased or downloaded skill, you must review the listing, compatibility information, and files you receive. You are solely responsible for checking that files are safe, appropriate for your environment, and lawful to use (including compatibility with Clawbot, OpenClaw, or other runtimes you operate). Never run unreviewed code on production systems if you are unsure.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Skills and related materials are provided “as is” (subject to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction). To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRABBY and its operators exclude liability for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, any seller-provided skill or file — including malware, misconfiguration, data loss, downtime, or incorrect automation. Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
No refunds — digital content
Marketplace items are digital goods: delivery is immediate or access is granted instantly. Unless required by applicable law you cannot cancel or obtain a refund after purchase once access or files have been supplied. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.
Acceptance on your account
When you use purchaser features in your KRABBY account, you must confirm that you have read and accept this document. Your acceptance is recorded on your account with the document version and a timestamp for audit purposes.
